T&R Trailer Mfg, Inc. is the brick and mortar business behind www.trtrailers.com. As a company, T&R has been in business for over 35 years. Folks in the Southeastern Colorado area have grown accustomed to seeing our shop and trailers over the years, and have come to expect the good old-fashioned service and support we offer.

We've been manufacturing trailers since the late 1970s, and many of our trailers are still on the road from the era. We began by building stock and horse trailers, and established our name based on those well tested designs. In the early 1980s, we pioneered the Aerodynamic Nose found on our stock and horse trailer goosenecks - a design now seen on many different brands of trailers. The unibody design and intuitive construction methods allowed us to create a light-weight but ranch-tough trailer, and many of those construction methods are still used in our current manufacturing process. All of our trailers are hand-built, and are ready to go to work when you are. Over the years, we've built just about every type of trailer to fit a number of different needs. If you think you have a novel use and design for a trailer, come in or call and tell us about it. Chances are we've built something like it already!

As time went by and manufacturing costs increased, we started to sell other manufactured trailers, such as flatbeds, ATV trailers, and cargo trailers. This has proved to be a good move for use, allowing us to continue building great quality stock and horse trailers as well as other custom trailers, without being reigned in by high materials costs and operating expenses. We now carry a large selection of trailers of all types, and our experience in manufactuing gives us a leg-up on the competition, since we are intimately familiar with all contruction techniques and finishing styles. We can spot a good trailer when we see one, and we make sure to sell only those trailers that we would use ourselves.

In addition to our trailer sales and manufacturing expertise, we sell trailer parts, and offer repair and service. For many years now, we have installed trailer hitches. In fact, we were one of the first in the Southeastern Colorado area to start selling and installing the B&W Turnover Ball hitch when it first debuted. In addition to hitch installations, we offer custom truck and trailer wiring troubleshooting and service, as well as brake control installation and service. We also build and install truck beds. You can have all of your needs met in one place!

During the first quarter of 2006, we decided that it was time to branch out into other areas in Southeastern Colorado where our business would be able to reach other markets. So on April 1, 2006, we opened T&R Trailer Sales, a new dealership 12 miles north of Pueblo near Pinion. This has proved to be a successful venture for us, and we enjoy serving the needs of not only our existing Arkansas Valley customers, but in addition the Pueblo and Colorado Springs customers whom we are getting to know. In fact, as of January of 2013, we moved our entire operation to our Pueblo dealership. At that time we discontinued all of our own manufacturing.

We believe that the key to staying in business all these years is by meeting the needs of our customers and providing superior customer service, especially after the sale.
